Its public counter is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Mail requests go to Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Attn: Central Records, 3228 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406.
